·         Accompany four assigned producers on initial meeting with prospects usually through zoom

·         Coordinate industry marketing events and accompany producers to the events

·         Follow up, solicit and sell prospects met at trade shows and events, as well as from qualified lead lists

·         Assist prospects in filling out applications and request necessary document

·         Create a policy schedules including deductibles, premiums and coverage limits for established businesses

·         Prepare final proposals to present to clients for assigned producers and self

·         Present invoices, policy documents, certificates, schedules, ID cards, etc.

·         Provide weekly updates to each producer for their individual prospect pipelines

·         Utilized AMS 360, Image Right, Indio, MS Office, Word and Excel to manage 

Markets worked with Include Lloyds of London, Travelers, Hartford, Chubb, Liberty mutual, AIG, Tokio Marine, AXA, Hiscox, Amwins, CNA, Zurich, Arch, Utica and RSUI 

Prospects and clients  worked with include life sciences, pharmaceuticals, construction, food & beverage, cosmetics, medical malpractice, apparel furniture, precious metals, refineries, depositories and collections (coin/jewelry/memorabilia)
