 Claims Account Executive                                             

• Claims Account Executive for large domestic and international commercial book of business. Act as client advocate for all reported commercial insurance claims: general liability and excess/umbrella (including NY Labor Law); business auto; E&O/D&O; professional liability; EPLI; pollution/environmental; property/inland marine; crime/fidelity; cyber; ocean cargo; worker's compensation; accident/sickness
• Facilitate appropriate and timely response from carriers on all claim’s issues such as adjuster assignment; retention of outside vendors as required; defense counsel assignment on litigated claims; ensuring appropriate tenders issued to potentially responsible parties
• Deliver value-added services to internal management, account team and clients, e.g., customized reports, claim reviews, and risk management recommendations.
