• Ran a marketing department that averaged 25-60 submissions per day
• Joined a National Brokerage to separate Small Businesses from Middle-Market, creating two separate departments
• Joined Risk Management consulting firm and was given a, 30 year old, book of business to manage.  Premium range was $500,000 to $10,000,000.
• a Team Leader. Primary focus was large Healthcare facilities, including Insurance oversight of new construction, expansion, and renovations.
