Bookkeeper …  highly organized and detail- focused with a track record of accurately and efficiently supporting all accounting activities including Insurance accounts payables/ receivables, general ledger postings and invoicing 

Office Manager…responsible for regulatory compliance, administration, supplies, vendors, licensing, etc.   

Assistant Account Representative  Licensed, personal and commercial broker assisting underwriting staff with problems, conflicts, overload data entry, etc.

Duties:

  • Reconcile premium accounts payable /receivable
  • Process commission statements
  • Enter, renew and bill policies using Vertafore AMS360
  • Pay all bills
  • Record all bank transactions using QuickBooks & AMS 360
  • Maintain client, personnel and payroll files
  • Prepare year-end tax reports and 1099s
  • Renew insurance licenses
  • Order supplies and deal with vendors
  • Complete producer agreements and agency appointment requests
  • Look up property records, compute replacement costs and offer quotes
  • Request and process endorsements
  • Issue insurance certificates
  • Request insured recommendations compliance
