National Account Manager

• Responsible for handling 10 National Accounts for commercial and personal lines business
• Covered 40 states with TWP of $450 million
• Responsibilities included business planning, loss ratio improvement, overseeing regional managers and marketing representatives daily activities                                                                                   

Senior Business Development Manager

• Responsible for implementing the distribution strategies for a full suite of personal lines products, both admitted and non-admitted to 130 retail agents and wholesale brokers throughout Long Island, NYC, and Westchester County, NY totaling $98mm in GWP.
• Chosen as part of the transition to team to mentor, coach, and retain Business Development Managers in the Northeast region through the merger with Allstate.
• Conducted 15 in person field visits and pivoted to virtual marketing since March 2020 with equally successful results as in -person.
• Manage the production of agents and appoint new agents all with the goal of delivering growth and profitability.
