  • Manage, market, renew and retain clients  
  • Place new and renewal business. 
  • Develop and implement insurance programs for clients.
  • Determine clients’ market compatibility, pricing and cash flow options.
  • Correspond and visit with clients and carriers to conduct business.
  • Participate in new business presentations, cross-selling alternate coverages and producing new business.
  • Process client and company requests, binders, schedules, certificates, billing, endorsements, audits, etc.
  • Assist clients with claim settlements and premium collections.  Record client/insurance company transactions via computer. 

Risk Management and Insurance KNOWLEDGE

  • Competent knowledge of all coverage required to manage risk for local, National and global businesses
  • Up-to-date understanding of the marketplace, pricing, financing options, and various rating plans
  • Able to research and network with business friends to interpret coverage questions and explore new markets Capable of designing creative insurance programs and making proposals to clients and companies.
  • Experienced at servicing commercial clients with annual premiums between $25,000 and $5,000,000.
  • Clients serviced are typical of businesses operating throughout the tri-state region, nationally and globally.
  • Very experienced supporting real estate, construction, import/exporters, manufacturers, mercantile, restaurants, transportation and wholesale distributors.
  • Direct: markets include: Chubb, CAN, Cincinnati, Nationwide, GNY,  Hartford,  Liberty Mutual and Utica
