Evaluate personal insurance needs and risks of clients and assist them in creating an insurance program specific to those needs. Day to day servicing, processing, expediting and troubleshooting.

Provide Customer support to customers for policy endorsements requests or certificate requests (such as, vehicles/drivers, certificate holder, etc. Closely collaborate with Accounting and Brokerage Departments to keep informed and prevent / resolve problems.                                                                                 

Evaluate personal insurance needs and risks of clients and assist them in creating an insurance program specific to those needs. Ongoing management of clients’ personal lines portfolio. Responsibilities include communicating with clients via phone and /or email, quoting and rating new/renewal accounts, problem solving, processing endorsements and policies. Markets include Pure, Ace, Chubb, Travelers, Utica, Hanover, etc.
