Account Executive Responsible for managing, marketing and renewing a $30 million premium book of business including a $10 million premium Contractor and a $5 million premium real estate developer

• Develop and implement insurance programs for clients
• Determine client’s market compatibility, pricing and cash flow options
• Correspond and visit with clients and carriers to conduct business
• Participate in new business presentations, cross selling alternate coverages and producing new business
• Prepare specifications and applications for both renewals and new business
• Negotiate renewal coverage terms and premiums with underwriters
• Prepare client proposals encompassing a summary of coverages /premium
• Compile all pertinent renewal information
• Provide Risk Management and contract reviews
• Communicate with insureds to facilitate their needs and/or requests
• Oversee the day-to-day client services, billing, audits, certificates claims, endorsements, etc.
• Review premium audits against expired policies
• Check new/renewal policies for accuracy
• Assist Accounting Department with reconciliations
• Manage 4 supports.
