Execute a multi-­â€faceted and all-­â€encompassing role, leading a cross-­â€functional Employee Benefits team, while directly reporting to the President of Insurance. Guide and train team members on a variety of medical and ancillary insurance products. Educate staff with advanced methods of customer retention, while managing renewals and delivering proposals in an organized manner

  • Spearhead all aspects of the sales cycle management including managing discovery calls, collecting census data, releasing RFPs, analyzing options, presenting proposals, and leading sales execution
  • Handle day-­â€to-­â€day responsibilities with precision, analyzing and evaluating current processes to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement new workflow processes and procedures while ensuring streamlined operations and delivery of high-­â€quality services
  • Administer training, coaching, mentoring, and development for team members regarding various insurance topics, elevating personnel performance and achieving team synergy
  • Promote a collaborative work environment, closely interacting with internal department teams and providing up-­â€to-­â€date knowledge regarding industry news, compliance, legislation, and employee benefits terminologies
  • Employ HR management best practices in monitoring and reviewing employees performance and monthly revenue generation to support decision-­â€ making regarding retention and growth recognition among team members
  • Enhance sales growth by utilizing advanced selling methodologies
