DIRECTOR OF BENEFITS
- Successfully handling renewals and new account implementation.
- Setup internal online benefit enrollment system and update internal CRM system
- Provide benefit administration and superior client service with periodic follow up to provide additional assistance.
- Facilitate Open Enrollment process, including coordination of meeting, cost contributions, material preparation, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues, run reports, analyze data, resolve escalated claims inquiries, and communicate with carriers as needed.
- Resolve client claims and administrative issues by understanding client needs and communicating effectively with impacted parties (carrier, internal team & client team).
