• Provide all medical group services including ancillary coverages and administration to High Net Worth Family Offices, Professional LLCs and Business under 100 lives. The Book consist of 6,500 lives
• Deliver professional insurance quotes, client services and consulting to producers and clients
• Reviewing new benefit options with renewing clients
• Meet with various companies and employers to review policies, censes and enrollments
• Determine insurance premiums for policyholders
• Handle all customer service
• Assist policy holders in settling claims
• Enrolments and terminations

Underwrite new and renewal groups

• Review new and renewal applications and quote based on corporate guidelines, insurability and standards
• Quote and write ancillary coverages (dental, vision, LTD, STD, life & accident coverages)
• Ascertained that all file documentation complies with underwriting and authority level standards
