• Certified in America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP
• Life, Accident and Health License
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of HMO, CDHP, PPO, Fully Insured, Self-funded plans. Community rated. Medicare Advantage, Supplement, DSNP, T65, and Veteran markets
• Strong CRM skills (Sunfire, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
