Claims included general liability, construction/labor law, auto, EPLI, and workers' compensation losses associated with all aspects of electric, gas, water & telecommunications utilities and civil construction, participate in weekly safety meetings with lessons learned; point of contact for carrier auditors, expound on financial reserves earmarked for claims reported to carrier and claims retained, participate in yearly insurance renewals, document disciplinary action for employees with multi accident history.
