TECHNICAL SKILLS         Applied Epic, AMS 360, Internet savvy and experienced using carrier portals

 Account Executive

  • Day to day handling of accounts, with a 15 million total book of business including construction, lessors risks, restoration contractors, sanitation, property lines, manufactures, restaurants and more
  • Work closely with CEO and other producers on their books of business
  • Record maintenance of renewals and renewal marketing
  • Maintain correspondence to ensure customers are up to date with renewal procedures
  • Quote and market commercial policies using websites and submissions for clients and new prospects
  • Regular contact with underwriters regarding renewals and other day to day changes
  • Process endorsements, audits and change requests for all lines of insurance
  • Process renewal and new business policies and correspond with clients
  • Update clients with information on new and existing policies
  • Issue certificates, binders, ID cards and EPI’s
  • Risk management and contract review for middle and large accounts
