Account Executive
- Day to day handling of accounts, with a 15 million total book of business including construction, lessors risks, restoration contractors, sanitation, property lines, manufactures, restaurants and more
- Work closely with CEO and other producers on their books of business
- Record maintenance of renewals and renewal marketing
- Maintain correspondence to ensure customers are up to date with renewal procedures
- Quote and market commercial policies using websites and submissions for clients and new prospects
- Regular contact with underwriters regarding renewals and other day to day changes
- Process endorsements, audits and change requests for all lines of insurance
- Process renewal and new business policies and correspond with clients
- Update clients with information on new and existing policies
- Issue certificates, binders, ID cards and EPI’s
- Risk management and contract review for middle and large accounts
