- Experience servicing mid-size and large Commercial clients in a fast pace atmosphere
- Manage portfolios in excess of $12 million consisting of clients who pay $5,000 to $2,500,000 premium
- Very strong background managing large Commercial, real estate, not-for-profits, reverse flow, distributors, construction, trades, manufacturing, mercantile, automotive, artisans, technology, restaurants, professional, and other typical mid-market business
- Good understanding of insurance products and the marketplace, pricing, financing and various rating plans
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Experience on various platforms: EPIC, AMS 360, Sagitta, Imageright
- Pleasant and professional manner who is excellent at conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-orientated professional with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong written and oral communication skills
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- CPCU Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, The Institutes
- CCLC, Certified Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, National Underwriters
- Bachelor’s Degree
