Provide support to the Principal Consultants
- Work with financial institutions- compare existing insurance to bank requirements
- Outlining discrepancies and providing recommendations
- Review renewal policies and forms for our personal lines client (Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati, etc.) and communicate our opinion to the clientWork with brokers and agents on behalf of our clients -providing day-to-day services (personal & commercial lines policies). reviewing contractor certificates, tenant and landlord leases
Personal Lines Account Executive
- Provide support to the principal agent, producers and clients
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products
- Process all quotes, new business applications, rewrites and renewals for personal and commercial auto policies, homeowners, fire policies, motorcycles, ATVs, personal umbrella policies, renters, condos, coops, national flood insurance, etc.
- Marketing new business request that does not meet Nationwide’s Guidelines through companies such as Met Life, One Beacon, Progressive, Safeco, Encompass, Foremost, Hagerty, Chubb – High Value.
- Conduct exterior home Inspection for a potential client for risk assessment and RCT calculations.
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts including but not limited to processing policies, endorsements, invoicing, premium breakdowns, loss summaries processing and evaluation, policy changes, ID Cards, review of policy forms, providing coverage comparisons and responding to questions.
- Contacting customers to discuss any new policy updates including coverage changes, renewal and non-renewal reviews, recommendations, cancellations for non-payment, discounts, and discussing ways to save.
- Responding to E-Memos from underwriting in a timely fashion.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by management – Remittance and banking.
