  • Sell, market, quote, round and provide day to day sales and services to Personal Line clients
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance coverage and marketplace
  • Quote and issue all Personal Lines policies including flood and specialty coverage
  • Place business with Chubb, Travelers, National General, Kingstone, Cabrillo Coastal, Complex Coverage, Hagerty, Hartford, Encompass, Firemen’s Fund, Mercury, Mapfre, Andover, Adirondack, all FEMA Flood, specialty markets, wholesalers, etc.
  • Communicate with prospects to understand their insurance needs and review existing coverage
  • Research coverage and premium options and supply clients with best coverage available
  • Negotiate with company underwriting and marketing departments and/ or navigate carrier websites
  • Build and strengthen company and agency relationships
  • Perform online processing of applications, payments, corrections, endorsements and cancellations
  • Issue NYS insurance ID cards and binders
  • Capable of answering a wide variety of questions related to company policies and coverage
  • Promote agency products to customers in person, telephone and writing
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Utilized AMS, Doris and Hawksoft management systems to administer and record client files

  Education: - Associates Degree/Business Administration
