Claim Analyst Responsibilities include
- Manage between 500 to 1,000 open Commercial liability and auto claims for corporate clients
- Administer and manage client claim history records and documents
- Provide claim analysis, reviews and history for account executives and the marketing department
- Prepare and present for clients; discussion points include reserves, current status, potential issues and carrier’s liability position
- Correspond and interact with clients, producers and account executives
- Review policies for applicable lines of coverage and confirm coverage.
- Assist clients with reporting of claims
- Report, process and follow up on commercial insurance claims
- Manage claims from inception to settlement
- Track and follow up on summonses and complaints, pleadings and other legal documentation
- Oversee negotiation and settlement including work with carriers, adjustors and attorneys
- Manage and maintain claims record
- Correspond on claim status with clients, producers and account executives
- Responsible for the day to day administration of claims
- Performed new hire training within the department.
- Utilize Epic & Sagitta Management Systems and MS Office to administer files
