  • Prospect, sell and service Personal new business policies for multiple carriers
  • Daily servicing of new and renewing accounts
  • Answer customer inquiries and expedite requests
  • Written and verbal communication with clients and underwriters
  • Submit applications to carrier websites, underwriters and wholesalers
  • Prepare applications and proposals; Check policies, issue binders, ID cards, certificates, schedules, etc.
  • Utilize AMS 360, Word, Excel and carrier websites to record client data
