Personal Lines CSR
- Provide day-to-day personal lines, brokerage services, marketing and policy renewal
- Speak with clients regarding insurance coverages and needs
- Quote and rate new and existing business
- Expedite client and company requests
- Sell clients and round client portfolios
- Develop and implement insurance programs for clients
- Determine client’s market compatibility & pricing
- Place new and renewal business
- Correspond with clients and carriers to conduct business
- Process client and company requests, binders, schedules, certificates, billing, endorsements, audits, policy renewals, cancellations, rewrites, claims, expiration lists, etc.
- Check and process new lines, renewals, and endorsements
- Record client/insurance company transactions via Hawksoft, Vertafore and EzLynx systems
