  • Provide expert client marketing, renewal and support services to Contractors, Real Estate, Restaurants, etc. 
  • Deliver expert coverage analysis and pricing to clients that pay $20,000 to $1 Million in premium
  • Market new and renewal business using over 25 in house online markets and wholesale agencies
  • Complete marketing/re-marketing applications, accord forms and presentations
  • Answer customer inquiries and expedite requests
  • Daily servicing of new and renewal commercial policies
  • Written, verbal, and internet communication with clients and underwriters
  • Prepare renewals, audits and policy amendments, as well as check policies
  • Issue/prepare binders, schedules, premium allocations, ID cards, proofs, certificates, invoices, etc.
  • Computer interfacing with insurance companies

Account Manager

  • Manage a diverse book of business with premiums ranging from $20,000 to $1million 
  • Market new and renewal business using over 25 in house online markets and wholesale agencies
  • Prepare and present new business and renewal proposals via internet or business meetings  Responsible for overseeing new business accounts from inception to completion
  • Servicing and marketing small to middle market commercial lines accounts with a high volume of contractors, retail stores, real estate, artisans, automotive and restaurants
  • Prepare and present new business and renewal proposals
