  • Consult and advise customers on coverage, terms and conditions that are in their best interest
  • Service personal lines accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage and cross sell
  • Write business with ACE/Chubb, AIG, PURE, Metlife, Kemper via direct contact and computer interface
  • Rate and quote new business, additions and renewals
  • Prepare and process cancellations when required
  • EPIC/ Sagitta system-generate ID cards, certificates, policy changes within same business day
  • Prepare client presentations, marketing summaries, proposals, schedules, files,
  • Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes
  • Support co-workers and positively contribute to team spirit and attitude
  • Assume whatever responsibilities are necessary to achieve satisfaction of management
