- Rate and quote new business, additions and renewals
- Prepare and process cancellations when required
- EPIC/ Sagitta system-generate ID cards, certificates, policy changes within same business day
- Prepare client presentations, marketing summaries, proposals, schedules, files,
- Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes
- Support co-workers and positively contribute to team spirit and attitude
- Assume whatever responsibilities are necessary to achieve satisfaction of management
