  • Provide all brokerage account services to a $15 million Premium book of predominately real estate and construction clients. Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining professional and positive client relationships by providing excellent services
  • Responsible for all phases of account underwriting and loss analysis
  • Customer and company research and marketing
  • Prepare new business and renewal proposals
  • Issue/prepare binders, schedules, premium allocations, ID cards, proofs, certificates, invoices, etc.
  • Computer interfacing with insurance companies 

Commercial Head Underwriting Manager – Wholesale & Retail- Underwrite with Adriatic Insurance Company on Physical Damage Coverage needed for auto-for-hire-industry

  • Direct binding authority for Adriatic Insurance Company with entering of applications to issuing policy numbers
  • Communicate company policies and decisions to ensure current standards are maintained
  • Establish beneficial relationships with key agents, clients and associates, which increase business
  • Monthly invoicing on deposits for policies for over 100 brokers
  • Set up all finance agreements directly with finance companies for customers/brokers
  • Enter all submissions with proper ACORD forms, applications, directly with our underwriters. Complete binding submissions with all necessary forms, including Part C’s, Notice of Excess Lines Placement
  • Create monthly expiration lists and email them to over 100 brokers
