• Built an Insurance portfolio of 50M of Insurance/1.5 Billion in Revenue Including (General Liability, Automobile, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Workers Compensation, Professional and Pollution Liability, property, builders’ risk, OCIP/CCIPs, Surety, Finpro ) for the Parent Company.
• Work with Legal to review and assess all contracts legal/insurance received from customers for unusual or potential risks, and to ensure compliance with internal Company policies, insurance coverages and best practices included liquidated damages and consequential
• Identify exposures, recommend solutions, implement approved
• changes to the insurance programs, promote loss prevention, update,and monitor compliance with insurance
• Settled a claim that was valued at 5M in property damage for $655,000 in mediation.
• Work with our Subcontractors to confirm they comply with Donnelly
• Insurance requirements
• Prepared insurance renewal documentation/completed and
• maintained audited documentation.
• Mitigates the Company’s exposure to risk by formulating,developing and coordinating all claims-related activities. Manage discovery
• documentation requests from General Counsel, working with Construction, Service, Maintenance to collection information.
• Directs program to ensure the proper and efficient handling of claims,
• gathering data on claims for both record keeping and loss forecasting purposes, and estimating the financial value of claims.
