- Provide day-to-day brokerage services and expedited client and carrier requests
- Create proposals & presentations to clients and bind the business with insurance companies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategy for new business and renewal of existing accounts
- Verify and evaluate loss information, Issue binders, certificates, endorsements, ID Cards, schedules
- Check policies, endorsements, audits, claim runs, etc, etc.
- Utilized EPIC management system, Word, Excel, MS Office, various reporting and credit sights and carrier websites to manage and administer client portfolios
