Clients serviced are typical of business operating throughout the tri-state region. Very experienced supporting employee leasing, import/export, manufacturing, mercantile, restaurant, transportation and wholesalers/distribution clients.

IT SKILLS: Internet savvy, experience rating, quoting and administering policies via carrier portals. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Applied TAM,  EPIC, Sagitta, Agency Pro  and related industry software tools


  • Interacting with new and existing clients to obtain information on business operations
  • Daily communication with producers to market and secure insurance quotes and policies.
  • Communicating with insurance carriers and outside brokers on a daily basis
  • Marketing and processing of monthly renewals to facilitate the best coverage and premium for each risk
  • Place new and renewal business.
  • Develop and implement insurance programs for clients.
  • Determine client’s market compatibility and pricing.
  • Correspond with clients and carriers to conduct business.
  • Participate in new business presentations
  • Process client and company requests, binders, schedules, certificates of insurance, billing, endorsements, audits, etc. Check and process new lines, renewals, and endorsements
  • Assist clients with claim settlements and collect premiums
  • Record client/insurance company transactions via computer.
