Director of Claims and Risk Management Responsible for managing the claims and risk management departments across all lines of business (General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto, D&O, E &O, Property and EPLI) for the Brokerage firm.  Oversee all vendor relationships to include oversight of TPA’s.  Conduct Claims Reviews and loss control inspections as needed for the clients.  Analyze business operations, profit & loss figures and claim exposure history to identify the appropriate insurance policies tailored for each client.  Collaborate with brokers, underwriters and external stakeholders in evaluating and making recommendations regarding current and state-of-the-art trends in risk management, safety, and loss control strategies.  Serve as a consultant for our clients to ensure their insurance policies are appropriate and conform to any changing business operations.  Oversee several programs and captives within the firm which ultimately impact our bottom line.  Assist our Construction Account stakeholders with onboarding on Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs and Contractor-Controlled Insurance Programs. Assign counsel, experts, and make decisions on strategies/settlements on claims.  Provide financial expertise on claim exposures.  Provide data analytic reports for trending analysis.
