Responsibility 

• Assignment, review of claims
• Hiring, training, mentoring of staff including preparation and participation in claim reviews with clients.
•  Oversee construction accounts with large retentions and ccip programs. 
• Department works with clients, carriers and defense for action and resolution plans.
• complex and high exposure claims included extensive client contact including multiple claim reviews per month.
