• Manage pre-closing  risk  and  insurance  review
• Analyze proposed  insurance  coverage  and  related  risks
• Review and  negotiate  insurance  contract  language

Construction Account  Executive                                                                                                                        

• Service and  monitor  accounts  for  coverage
• Receive, review  and  forward  invoices,  policies,  endorsements  and  other  documents  as  necessary
• Prepare specifications  and  applications  for  marketing  new  and  renewal  business
• Market specialized  coverage’s  as  needed
• Authorize the  release  of  certificates  of  insurance,  binders  and  placement  requests

Director  of  Corporate  Insurance                                                                                                                       

• Responsible for reviewing all  contracts  for  compliance  with  current  insurance  policies/programs,  negotiate all changes
• Coordinate renewal  of  all  corporate  insurance  programs  on  a  yearly  basis
• Review all  subcontractors/consultant's  insurance  for  complain  with  contract  requirements
• Work with  insurance  brokers  on  placement  of  any  specialty  policy
• Forecast financials  for  the  next  fiscal  year
