Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

  • Provide day to day services including quotes, endorsements, certificates, binders, proofs, ID cards, etc.
  • Consult and advise customers on coverages, terms and conditions that are in their best interest
  • Cross-selling existing clients and performing risk assessments
  • Prepare renewals, remarketing, endorsements, daily downloads and new business quotes
  • Utilize AMS 360 System, carrier portals as well as, other insurance-related programs
