Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
- Provide day to day services including quotes, endorsements, certificates, binders, proofs, ID cards, etc.
- Consult and advise customers on coverages, terms and conditions that are in their best interest
- Cross-selling existing clients and performing risk assessments
- Prepare renewals, remarketing, endorsements, daily downloads and new business quotes
- Utilize AMS 360 System, carrier portals as well as, other insurance-related programs
