Risk Management Consultant: Advocate for a book of real estate owners, managers/developers, supermarket chain, mezzanine lender and those who service them, including building maintenance contractors, landscapers.
- Draft/modify insurance requirements for various types of contracts: leases, access agreements, management agreements, loan agreements, contractor agreements, vendor agreements and HOA by-laws.

- Determine client’s market compatibility and pricing.

- Personally check and process new lines, renewals, and endorsements before they are presented to clients.
- Guide clients through claim process settlements. Collect premiums.
