Risk Management Consultant:  Advocate for a book of real estate owners, managers/developers, supermarket chain, mezzanine lender and those who service them, including building maintenance contractors, landscapers.

  • Draft/modify insurance requirements for various types of contracts: leases, access agreements, management agreements, loan agreements, contractor agreements, vendor agreements and HOA by-laws.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement insurance for property developments with costs in the hundreds of millions.

  • Determine client’s market compatibility and pricing.
  • Correspond and visit with clients and carriers to conduct business and manage relationships.
  • Manage daily client services including expediting requests, binders, schedules, certificates, billing, etc.
  • Personally check and process new lines, renewals, and endorsements before they are presented to clients.
  • Guide clients through claim process settlements. Collect premiums.
