  • Serve as primary liaison between clients and benefit vendors to ensure competitiveness and efficiency
  • Facilitate the collection of all information from the carriers and clients in time for renewal
  • Ensure market studies are conducted in a manner that adheres to all timing standards
  • Compile marketing results and develop intuitive presentations to ensure cost effective benefits programs
  • Utilize underwriting and negotiation skills to effectively secure the most competitive financial arrangement
  • Evaluate competitive trends in benefits designs and contributions

  • Educate clients on Healthcare laws and identify potential gaps in coverage
