Develop and deliver voluntary benefit strategy, responsible for implementation of the strategy and services to account teams and clients. These responsibilities include service provider risk-analysis, managing and providing on-going client support, developing and implementing internal and external voluntary benefits communication materials as well as supervising the client support team. Responsibilities include assessment and understanding of client needs and objectives to expand business opportunities and further solidify client and service provider relationships and retention.

Developed and managed group relationships ranging from 50 – 6,000 lives. Responsibilities included, product selection and placement, enrollment coordination and presentations with the account and broker relationships. Post enrollment duties included deduction communication as well as an enrollment summary and claims maintenance.

Relationship management with business owners, human resource managers and broker partnerships.
