Professional Experience

  • Account Executive Complex Risk  Responsible for retaining, managing, and servicing a Large and Complex book of business
  • Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
  • Works with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients.
  • Responsible for accurate information such as updated exposures, reporting forms, signed endorsements and miscellaneous information to avoid any E&O claims
  • Supervise or direct the daily job activities of the Coordinators and Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, and clients through regular contact and client visits. Keep clients apprised of appropriate industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issues
  • Handle or Assist the SVP Property Specialist in the marketing and day-to-day servicing of various accounts including but not limited to;
  • Creating or converting program specifications
  •  Comparing Program terms and conditions coverage forms etc.
  •  Marketing of assigned programs and/or new business Servicing;
  •  Large shared layer programs

Account Manager  Responsible for retaining, managing and servicing a Large book of business

  • Assisting SVP by providing day-to-day support on Large Complex and Layered Programs
  • Marketing Medium to Large Programs
  • Issuing Certificates on Large Waste Hauling Companies due to complexity of risk
  • Maintain relationships with clients through regular contact and visits
  • Working with Producers on New Business by meeting with potential clients 

 Account ExecutiveResponsible for providing customer service and overall service of assigned customers and/or policies, soliciting of new business on existing personal and commercial line insurance. The book consists of Contractors, Builders, Real- estate, distributors, commercial auto, large equipment, retailers, restaurants, Artisans, professionals, general business, mom & pop shops. The accounts range from $2,000 to $2,000,000 in premium. The 10 largest accounts are all contractors and pay over $100,000 in Premium. Review, manage and grow assigned book of clients.
