OBJECTIVE: Personal Lines Broker with expertise in High-Net-Worth Personal Line insurance seeks Account Executive position in a large insurance brokerage/consulting firm 

SUMMARY: Five plus years’ experience underwriting Property/Casualty insurance, account management, customer service, employee training, onboarding, and insurance operations. Able to identify and explain coverage as well as, gaps in coverage to clients. Excellent knowledge of personal property, liability, workers’ comp, auto, watercraft, collections, flood, and umbrella coverage.  Round accounts and increase business. Expert Personal Line marketer skilled at rating policies specifically tailored for clients 

Manage, market, renew and retain a $6 million premium book of high-net-worth clients   

  • Support two producers and took over their books (6 million combined premium) when they retired
  • Assist VIP clients with outstanding customer service, questions, requests, endorsements, and client billing. Handle servicing DBL & Workers Comp policies
  • Handle several of the largest Personal line accounts in the office each over $200,000 in premium
  • Book also includes accounts over $20,000 premium and smaller relationship accounts
  • Generate new business from recommendations from clients
  • Effectively handled multi states
  • Carriers include but are not limited to: Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, Narraganset, Vault, Nat Gen, Berkley1, 

Onboarder and Trainer 

  • Train new experienced High-Net-worth employees on Elite Client Systems and Procedures
  • Train unexperienced employees on Personal Line services as well as Systems and Procedures
